To make your shopping with us as budget friendly as possible we've made FREE Shipping option available for all our products. The packages may ship from any of our warehouses, including Utah, Ohio, Florida, etc., and/or direct from our manufacturer from overseas. We've partnered with factories directly to provide better prices for you.
In case of cross-border delivery we deal with the customs clearance process, and customer is responsible for paying their own personal customs duties, if any are applicable.
All packages are shipped out via a trackable method. Once our shipping company forwards the tracking number to us, we will in turn send you the tracking number via email or text, according to your choice. Please see below for the estimated shipping times to your country/region.
Estimated shipping times for FREE delivery:
- United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia/New Zealand ~ 7 to 20 days.
- Other countries ~14-35 days
1. Please note that all estimated shipping times stated are based on normal conditions. Every once in a while, shipping companies do experience heavy volumes, especially during holiday seasons.
2. Please note, every now and then all carriers are experiencing delays in processing and delivery due to unprecedented volumes and/or pandemic safety restrictions. As a result your order may experience gaps and delays in tracking event updates.
3. Please, note that customs in some countries do take longer times to clear and scan incoming packages, which explains the difference in the estimated shipping times stated above.
Express Shipping, DHL, FedEx, Aramex, UPS or equivalent (1-13 days) is available for many of our products. If you need a fast delivery, please, make sure to choose 'FAST' delivery option when placing the order.
If the product page does not offer FAST shipping option, but you need it fast, please, feel free to contact us and we'll check whether your desired product can be delivered via Express Shipping method. We only give the estimate delivery dates and we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date. Yet, we keep in touch with you all the time until you receive your order.
Order Processing time
Please note that Order processing time must be added on to shipping times, to get the total time taken for you to receive an order upon placing it. Order processing time is between 1-7 business days and is used to check your order for quality assurance, packing, printing shipping labels and forwarding it to our shipping company for dispatch.
In most cases, we start processing your order as soon as you place it and very often we ship your order within several hours. We will not be able to cancel orders once it has been shipped. As a general rule of thumb, if you do not text or email us within 5 hours from placing an order, there is a high chance that your order has already been dispatched and we will not be able to cancel it. Nonetheless, do drop us an email at email@example.com or text or WhatsApp us at +1 213-806-5187 as soon as possible if you would like to cancel your order and we'll check whether cancellation is possible.
Orders that are unable to be delivered
All packages that are refused, unclaimed from the local post office, undeliverable as addressed because you input the wrong name or address when you placed your order, will not be our responsibility. We reserve the right to charge a restocking and shipping fee of 30-50% of an item's value if that happens. So please do remember to check your address carefully when you place an order.
If your received package seems to be missing any items, please do not worry! We do ship orders in multiple/separate packages every now and then, due to weight restrictions and also to facilitate faster shipping. In such cases you will receive a separate tracking number for each package.
A Combined Delivery means that multiple items you've ordered from one or different stores are combined into 1 package by the shipping company to make delivery cheaper, faster and more enviromental friendly. A combined delivery is also convenient for you as you can track and receive multiple orders at once. As soon as our shipping company informs us your package was upgraded to a combined delivery, we'll send you an update tracking number. In most cases combined delivery doesn't change the estimated time, unless the item you had ordered from our store is retained for several days in consolidation warehouse waiting for arrival of your order from a different store.
Once your order ships out and our database gets updated with your online tracking number, we'll send you an email or a text message /according to your choice/ with the online tracking information which you can use to track your package. If 7 business days have passed and you still have not received this email from us, simply drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll check it out for you right away.
