Usage Recommendations: Cotton Absorbent Panties can be used from your newborn's first days of life, but they are to be changed on time. Once the diaper is wet or dirty, it is necessary to change it. Though no special fixation for the inserts is provided, if the baby's urine is too much, you can put a thin insert inside the panty /inserts can be bought here/ to protect your baby's skin from rash. Not recommended to be used at night.
